After completing his training as a hotel manager and chef, he began to continuously expand his knowledge and experience. His culinary perspective was significantly widened in particular during his two years as Chef- Saucier in Käferschänke in Munich. Bernhard Neuner never lost sight of the upscale Bavarian cuisine throughout his activities in renowned catering establishments such as the Waldwirtschaft in Großhesselohe, the Augustiner am Dom, the Rabenwirt in Pullach and the Hofbräuhaus.

Bernhard's wife and a newcomer in the hospitality industry. As mother to 3 1/2 year old Luisa and her big brother Sebastian (11) she currently spends most of her time looking after the children, while also working in the background taking care of many of the matters concerning the reception or the accounting etc. at the Post.
