Please note our reservation and cancellation conditions:
As soon as your hotel reservation has been confirmed in writing or verbally by our hotel staff, the ‘guest accommodation contract’ is deemed to have been concluded.
With the reservation we guarantee you the agreed room type. We will try to fulfil requests for specific rooms, but reserve the right to change rooms if necessary (to an adequate, equivalent room, of course) for economic reasons (optimum room occupancy through the best possible follow-up bookings).
If you have to cancel your booking, the following cancellation costs apply (less the expenses saved by the hotelier):
- up to 14 days before the date of arrival free of charge
- 14-7 days before the date of arrival 40% of the agreed arrangement
- 7-2 days before the date of arrival 60 % of the agreed arrangement
- from 2 days before the date of arrival 80% of the agreed arrangement
Room cancellations must be made in writing (by fax, e-mail or post).
The cancellation costs apply in the event that we are unable to rent the room to someone else.
Because something can always come up, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This way you can avoid unpleasant cancellation costs if the worst comes to the worst.
Otherwise, the statutory regulations apply.
Rebooking (free of charge) is only possible if you specify a specific new travel date. Otherwise, the non-commencement of the trip will be regarded as a cancellation
